Honest Recommendations
If something doesn't need to be repaired or replaced, I'll tell you. My goal is to help you make informed decisions—not sell work you don't need.
When you invite someone to work on your home, you're trusting them with more than a project. You're trusting them with something valuable to your family.
Over the past 25 years, I've had the privilege of serving people in many different ways. Along the way, I've learned that honesty, keeping my word, clear communication, and treating people with respect matter just as much as the quality of the work itself. Those principles have shaped the way I approach every project.
My experience has come through a wide variety of hands-on work over the years. I've helped remodel several church buildings and ministry spaces, helped build a church building from the ground up, helped transform a historic downtown storefront into a coffeehouse and event center, and worked alongside others on numerous home remodeling projects. Every project has been another opportunity to learn, solve problems, and develop practical skills that I now bring to homeowners throughout the Upstate.
More recently, my years as a professional roof inspection specialist taught me the value of careful diagnosis. I learned that the first answer isn't always the right one, and that taking the time to understand the real problem often saves homeowners unnecessary expense and frustration.
Today, Chris Evenson Property Services brings together years of practical experience with a commitment to serving people well. Whether I'm repairing a screen porch, replacing damaged shingles, staining a deck, building a pergola, or tackling long-overdue maintenance, my goal is always the same:
Honest work,
Quality results
